OUR STORY
In 2023, EmpowHERing Minds Inc. (EMI), was established through the vision of Stephanie Johnson-Williams. Her aim was to establish a secure environment for young ladies, inspiring them to accept their true selves, realize their strength, and acknowledge their capabilities. This aspiration was born from numerous discussions with young ladies concerning self-love and self-esteem. Stephanie aims to revolutionize their self-perception and initiate a movement that would both captivate and empower them, ensuring they recognize their boldness, beauty, and the uniqueness that sets them apart.
EMI is dedicated to empowering young ladies through fostering personal growth, self-awareness, and strong character. By promoting self-acceptance and empowerment as whole individuals, embracing the principles of being H.E.R (Holistic, Enriched, and Ready), we cultivate a mindset of excellence that influences positive, inspiring, and uplifting thoughts, words, and actions, guiding young ladies to embrace their uniqueness and achieve their full potential in personal, professional, and social experiences.
